In November 2011, the Computer Society of India conferred
him with the award and title of ‘eRatna’ for his contribution in the
field of e-governance. The Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
initiatives at the Chief Ministers office won the ‘Award of Excellence- Departmental Level’ at the CSI Nihilent
e-Governance Awards 2011. In addition, the eGov strategies and ICT enabled
initiatives at the CMO were awarded the ‘Best
Government to Citizen Initiative of the Year Award’ at the eIndia Summit held in late 2010 .
